Ladders is seeking a Senior AI Developer / Technical Lead to join our client’s team in the Business Services space. You will lead design and delivery of AI and analytics solutions for public sector and regulated environments, and serve as a hands-on technical lead translating goals into direction.

This remote role requires 5+ years in data engineering or software development, a Bachelor’s degree, and the ability to obtain a Federal or DHS Public Trust.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering or software development.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams in regulated environments.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DHS Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of AI and analytics solutions.
• Translate client objectives into technical requirements and product roadmaps.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership to diverse AI teams.
• Act as primary technical liaison for clients and stakeholders.
• Design and develop production-ready AI solutions with modern frameworks.
• Establish SRE/ML Ops practices for secure deployment.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies for integration.
