Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Sr. Manager, AI Lead - Semantic Layer to define and operationalize a shared semantic foundation across the enterprise.

You will partner with business, data, and technology leaders to drive vision, strategy, and adoption of semantic data assets. As product owner, you will lead ontologies and data models, govern data definitions, and ensure cross-functional collaboration to power search, analytics, automation, and AI use cases.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, including data or data platform products.
• Proven ability to lead teams and programs enterprise-wide.
• Experience owning products end-to-end with measurable outcomes.
• Experience with ontologies, semantic data models, or knowledge graphs.
• Ability to translate business concepts into structured data models.
• Knowledge of data ecosystems, governance, and data quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of semantic data products, from discovery to delivery.
• Define requirements, success metrics, and release plans.
• Drive adoption and measure impact of semantic data assets.
• Lead cross-functional delivery with IT, data, and business units.
• Mentor product managers and build a capable product team.
