This role involves partnering with co-founders, actively sourcing candidates and driving the candidate experience. The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of relevant recruiting experience with a focus on technical roles, especially in AI.

The compensation for this position ranges from $178,000 to $205,000 annually, depending on experience and location. The role is remote-friendly and offers additional equity and benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Direct experience recruiting AI engineers and ML engineers.
• Strong instincts in owning the full recruiting lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting cycle for US remote-based roles end-to-end.
• Build proactive sourcing pipelines using various tools.
• Drive every stage of the candidate experience with urgency and care.
