GDH is seeking an AI Engineer/Developer to design, deploy, govern, and optimize enterprise AI solutions in secure environments, with a focus on Azure AI Foundry and Microsoft ecosystem integrations.

You will design and manage agentic AI solutions, including multi-step workflows and tool-enabled agents, collaborating with AI architects to deliver scalable capabilities and business value while upholding governance and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise AI environments within secure or regulated settings.
• Hands-on experience deploying and operationalizing AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry, including agentic workflows and evaluation pipelines.
• Experience translating business requirements and use cases into deployed AI capabilities.
• Experience with the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem and integrations with Azure data, security, and identity services.
• Strong governance, security, privacy, and responsible AI practices.
• Proficiency with Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar technologies for developing AI agents and enterprise integrations.

Responsabilités

• Deploy, configure, and operate AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry, including model orchestration and evaluation pipelines.
• Design and manage agentic AI solutions with multi-step workflows and autonomous orchestration patterns.
• Develop enterprise AI capabilities across Microsoft Azure data, security, identity, and AI services.
• Integrate AI solutions with governance, cybersecurity, privacy, and data classification policies.
• Collaborate with AI architects to design and optimize AI solutions and establish prompt engineering standards.
• Measure AI deployments to demonstrate business value and identify improvement opportunities.
• Create architecture diagrams detailing AI system designs, data flows, and integrations.
• Manage deployment lifecycles, updates, versioning, change management, and remediation.
