Global Technical Talent, an Inc. 5000 Company, seeks a hands-on Senior Agentic AI Engineer in Glendale, AZ to design, build, and operate production-grade Agentic AI, Decision Intelligence, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions on Microsoft Azure for a major organization's DSCS division.

The role supports evolving DSCS business requirements by developing scalable, secure, and explainable enterprise AI capabilities. Hybrid work: 3 days onsite per week.

Qualifikationen

• 8 years of relevant software engineering experience.
• 3 years of hands-on experience developing Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
• Experience with Agentic AI and enterprise AI deployments.
• Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services and observability.

Aufgaben

• Design and build production-grade AI agents and multi-agent systems in Azure.
• Architect scalable Generative AI solutions and RAG architectures.
• Develop NL2SQL capabilities and secure data access.
• Mentor engineers on Agentic AI and enterprise best practices.
