Ultima Genomics seeks a Senior Software Integration Engineer for a fully remote role with a preferred SF Bay Area location. You will design AI-driven integration agents, orchestrate release and deployment, and build a reliable knowledge base across the software estate.

You will collaborate across teams, integrate with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Microsoft 365, and Monday.com, and identify automation opportunities to improve deployment and testing processes.

Competenze

• BS/BA in computer science or an engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including automation or workflow orchestration.
• Proficiency in shell scripting and Python in a Linux environment.
• Experience building AI agents or LLM-powered apps using agent frameworks or LLM APIs.
• Experience integrating with APIs such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Microsoft 365, or Monday.com.
• Understanding of software release, QA, and deployment processes is a plus.
• Experience with AWS cloud computing is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and collaboration across teams.

• Design, build, and maintain AI agents and automated workflows for software availability, release readiness, testing, and deployment across components.
• Build and maintain a structured knowledge base as the single source of truth for the software estate.
• Integrate with Atlassian tools, GitHub, Microsoft 365, Monday.com, and internal systems.
• Create connectors and middleware to automate data exchange and handoffs between systems.
• Identify and pursue automation opportunities in software management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
