Ultima Genomics is seeking a Senior Software Integration Engineer to design and implement automated workflows, AI agents, and a centralized knowledge base for the software estate. You’ll build robust integrations with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and MS 365, driving reliable release and deployment processes.

The role emphasizes building scalable automation, collaborating across teams, and translating complex tech into clear, actionable systems.

Competenze

• BS/BA in computer science or an engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including automation or workflow orchestration.
• Proficiency in shell scripting and Python in a Linux environment.
• Experience building AI agents or LLM-powered applications using agent frameworks or LLM APIs.
• Experience integrating with APIs such as Jira/Confluence, GitHub, MS 365, or Monday.com.
• Understanding of software release, QA, and deployment processes is a plus.
• Experience with AWS is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Design, build, and maintain AI agents and automated workflows for software availability, release readiness, testing, and deployment status.
• Build and maintain a structured knowledge base for the software estate queried by agents.
• Integrate with Atlassian tools, GitHub, MS 365, Monday.com, and internal systems.

• Independently identify and execute automation opportunities in software management.
