Ultima Genomics is seeking a Senior Software Integration Engineer to design and build AI agents and automated workflows for release, testing, and deployment orchestration. This remote-friendly role is based in the US, with a preferred SF Bay Area location, offering comprehensive benefits and a strong growth path.

You will integrate with Atlassian tools, GitHub, Microsoft 365, and Monday.com, developing robust connectors and observability across software components.

Competenze

BS/BA in computer science or engineering.
5+ years software engineering experience with automation/workflow orchestration.
Proficiency in Python and shell scripting on Linux.

Mansioni

Design, build AI agents and automated workflows to track software availability, release readiness, testing, and deployment status.
Build and maintain a knowledge base for the software estate.
Integrate with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), GitHub, Microsoft 365 (Teams, Copilot), Monday.com, and internal systems.
Build connectors and middleware between AI agents and internal or third-party systems as needed to automate data exchange and process handoffs.
Independently identify and execute on automation opportunities in software management.
Other job duties as assigned.
