Qualifications

• 6 years of program or project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience using AI to scale your program management practice.
• Deep fluency with Jira and Confluence, including epic and project structure, JQL, dashboards and reporting.
• Excellent written communication. Draft executive updates, project briefs and status reports.
• Comfort working without complete information; exercise judgment.
• Ability to push back constructively when commitments are at risk.
• Experience operating in a remote-first organization.
• Bonus: security, infrastructure or platform engineering exposure.

Responsibilities

• Operate Standard Enforcement across security projects, manage hygiene, review AI drafts.
• Handle Intake and Triage for security requests via Slack, forms, and direct asks.
• Produce status briefs and reports, edit AI-drafted narratives.
• Manage Capacity and Commitment, flag slippage early, surface overcommitment.
• Track Interruption Work categories and propose projects to reduce unplanned work.
• Prioritize new work by impact, urgency, dependencies and capacity.
• Partner with AI engineering as internal customer; define what good looks like.
• Evolve and refine operating standard; roll out changes.
• Represent PM practice to peers and leadership with transparent progress and risks.
