You should have strong TypeScript/JavaScript or Python, hands-on with Codex/Claude Cursor, and excellent English. Engagements are remote worldwide, 10-20 hours/week, with take-home tasks and Loom walkthroughs.

Qualifications

• Senior, Staff or Principal-level engineer with strong coding judgment.
• Strong background in TypeScript/JavaScript or Python.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI Codex, Claude Code or Cursor.
• Excellent written English for feedback and explanations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated coding interactions end to end.
• Judge usefulness, high-level correctness and engineering judgment.
• Assess explanations and reasoning, not just code.
• Provide clear, opinionated written feedback on strengths and weaknesses.
