Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior AI Architect to define end-to-end Agentic AI architectures, turning LLMs, multi-agent systems, and orchestration layers into secure, scalable enterprise solutions. Collaboration with client teams and cross-functional groups is key.

Remote role in the United States with travel as required. Visa transfer or sponsorship is not available. Strong background in Python, cloud platforms (Azure preferred), and modern data ecosystems is essential.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in AI/ML and GenAI, including LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and multi-agent Architectures.
• Strong programming skills in Python with hands-on AI library experience.
• Experience architecting on cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and AWS/GCP.
• Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, Synapse and REST APIs in data ecosystems.
• DevOps and MLOps capabilities including CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring and experiment tracking.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end Agentic AI architecture frameworks using LLMs and multi-agent systems.
• Design autonomous AI agents with planning, reasoning, memory, and tool usage.
• Create reference architectures for cloud-native, scalable, enterprise-grade AI apps.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise data platforms, ERP/CRM, APIs, and event-driven systems.
