Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior AI Architect to define end-to-end Agentic AI architectures that turn large language models, multi-agent systems, and orchestration layers into secure, scalable enterprise solutions.

You will collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams, apply AI/ML and GenAI expertise, and drive cloud-native design on Azure, AWS, and data platforms while advancing DevOps and MLOps practices.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in AI/ML and GenAI, including LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Experience with multi-agent architectures and agent frameworks.
• Strong Python programming with hands-on AI libraries.
• Cloud architecture experience on Azure (preferred) and AWS/GCP.
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Synapse, REST APIs, microservices, and event streaming.
• DevOps and MLOps capabilities: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring, logging, experiment tracking.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end Agentic AI architecture frameworks leveraging LLMs, multi-agent systems, and orchestration layers.
• Design autonomous AI agents capable of planning, reasoning, memory management, and tool usage.
• Establish reference architectures for cloud-native, scalable, secure enterprise AI applications.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems including data platforms, ERP, CRM, APIs, and event-driven systems.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to shape and advance technical direction.
