Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to own publisher relationships and drive margins across verticals in insurance, personal finance, and more. You will manage accounts end-to-end, optimize performance, and ensure compliance while expanding a diversified partner book.

You will leverage Tune, IntegriShield, and Lashback to interpret data, scale profitable partnerships, and deliver measurable outcomes across our publisher network from a remote US location.

Qualifications

• Four or more years managing publishers in affiliate networks.
• A margin or revenue number you owned and can name.
• Experience in a regulated vertical (insurance, credit, lending, health, or personal finance).
• Ability to diagnose blockers in compliance and work with partners.
• Fluency with performance tracking platforms (Tune, IntegriShield, Lashback).

Responsibilities

• Own your publishers end-to-end: relationships, opportunities, scaling, results.
• Own the margin book and track your progress against it.
• Maintain a diversified book to manage risk.
• Monitor partner traffic for compliance and raise issues early.
• Nurture relationships and keep partners engaged.
