Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Payable Processor for a national remote role in the U.S. You will handle AP invoices via Concur or spreadsheet uploads, ensure accurate coding and approvals, maintain vendor relationships, and support quarterly and annual close processes.

The position requires 3+ years in AP, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts within standard business hours. Training is provided, and overtime may be required to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience with AP processes and procedures.
• Accounting/Finance knowledge.
• Intermediate MS Office (Excel/Outlook/Word/Teams).
• Ability to work full-time with flexible shifts during 9:00 am–3:00 pm local time; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Process non-PO and PO-related AP invoices with accuracy.
• Verify invoice details including billing, quantities, pricing, and tax.
• Code invoices correctly and obtain necessary approvals.
• Maintain vendor statements and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Support Concur or spreadsheet-based invoice processing.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and AP teams as needed.
