Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Experience with AP processes and accounting/finance workflows.
• Intermediate MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Process non-PO and PO invoices in Concur or spreadsheet uploads with 50+ lines.
• Verify invoice accuracy including billing address, quantities, pricing, and tax.
• Ensure proper authorization and DOA compliance for payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Support vendor setup and research in PeopleSoft as needed.
