Vercel is seeking a Senior Manager, Accounting to own end-to-end accounting operations for its global entities. You will lead monthly close, statutory compliance, audits, and process improvements, partnering with the Head of Finance and international teams from India with overlaps to the US.

The role requires 12+ years in accounting, CA designation, deep IFRS and US GAAP knowledge, ERP experience (NetSuite preferred), and a track record with Big 4 audits.

• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership.
• Deep expertise in IFRS and US GAAP across multiple jurisdictions.
• Proven track record with Big 4 / top-tier audits.
• Hands-on ERP experience, NetSuite preferred.
• Strong research and interpretation of local GAAP, statutory requirements, and regulatory reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle monthly and quarterly close for current and future international entities.
• Coordinate accounts payable/receivable, payroll accounting, and intercompany transactions with global finance.
• Own statutory compliance, FS prep, audits, TDS/TCS, and liaise with auditors and tax advisers.
• Collaborate with US-based Controller and CAO on global close and financial statements.
• Help design and evolve SOX-aligned controls and internal accounting policies.
• Identify automation opportunities, streamline workflows, and build scalable finance infrastructure.
• Manage the audit relationship and respond to auditor inquiries to keep audits smooth.
• Mentor junior accounting staff within the CoE as the team grows.
