Job summary

Remote, nationwide-based Senior Manager, Accounting at Vituity will lead the accounting team to ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting, manage monthly close, and supervise AP/AR operations across the network.

You will partner with treasury and IT to optimize inter-departmental processes, implement EPBCS, and mentor staff accountants toward professional growth within a culture that values collaboration and impact on patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting/finance or equivalent.
• Experience with a large ERP and financial reporting tools preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite, ADP, Coupa and Concur preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create development plans for staff members and provide mentorship to staff accountants.
• Ensure GAAP compliance in all accounting areas, including payroll and receivables.
• Oversee daily AP and AR operations and related processes.
• Generate GAAP-based financial statements and department/site income statements.
• Establish internal controls and write accounting policies; coordinate annual audits.
• Support monthly close, financial reporting, and inter-company transactions; provide analyses.
