The position offers a 100% remote setup with compensation ranging from $130,000 to $140,000 plus bonus, and requires 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience with team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience, including team leadership.
• Strong US GAAP, month-end close, and financial reporting knowledge.
• Multi-entity or multi-location experience preferred.
• NetSuite and advanced Excel experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of four accounting professionals and oversee daily accounting operations.
• Manage month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Oversee revenue recognition, lease accounting, fixed assets, and project accounting.
• Improve NetSuite processes, internal controls, and reporting for leadership and PE stakeholders.
• Coordinate audits, tax activities, and cross-functional accounting initiatives.
