Jasper, a marketing agents platform, is seeking a Senior Accountant to own the monthly close, GL operations, and balance sheet reconciliations in a fast-growing environment. You will partner with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and scale financial processes.

This fully remote role reports to the Controller and requires a CPA license, 3+ years of GL experience, deep US GAAP knowledge, and hands-on use of NetSuite, Ramp, Numeric, Maxio, and Carta to support close and reporting.

Formación

• Active CPA license required
• 3+ years of progressive general ledger accounting experience
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and month-end close experience
• Experience with cloud ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

Responsabilidades

• Lead month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations across cash, prepaids, accruals, intercompany, fixed assets and other GL accounts
• Manage close workflows and BALANCE sheet reconciliations within Numeric to drive close efficiency
• Oversee corporate card transactions, employee expense reimbursements, and accounts payable using Ramp
• Reconcile subscription billing, SaaS metrics, and payment gateway transactions within Maxio
• Maintain equity transaction records, stock-based compensation schedules, and cap table reporting in Carta
• Oversee monthly variable compensation calculations and ASC 340 accounting treatment
• Ensure accounting records and processes comply with US GAAP and internal controls
• Collaborate cross-functionally to capture transaction details and resolve variances
• Support annual financial statement audits, tax filings, and external compliance
• Assist with ad-hoc financial reporting and system enhancements
