Job summary

Rocket Software is seeking a Senior Accountant to join the Corporate Accounting team. The role focuses on monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, consolidated reporting, audit support, and maintenance of key accounting systems.

You will coordinate with FP&A, Revenue, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and IT, supporting a global close with Oracle, Blackline, and Lease Accelerator tools. This US-based remote role requires comfortable alignment with Eastern Time Zone hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification.
• Strong foundation in U.S. GAAP and corporate accounting.

Responsibilities

• Support accounting for key corporate workstreams (leases, accruals, debt, IT expenditures).
• Assist with quarterly and annual financial statement preparation and tie-outs.
• Ensure audit-ready financial statement support and documentation.
• Coordinate consolidation of multiple entities and currencies; handle intercompany eliminations.
