Job summary

Attivo Partners is seeking a Senior Accountant to own critical accounting tasks and help scale the reporting function during rapid growth. The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving and learning agility in a remote setup.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of progressive accounting experience in tech or professional services and a strong GAAP foundation, with familiarity in modern accounting software and automation tools. Travel for onboarding may be required.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of GAAP.
• Experience with standard software solutions (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuite).
• Highly detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Fast learner with curiosity and desire to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Enjoy a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Experience implementing workflow automation or AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day accounting duties in AP, AR, cash management, payroll, FA, GL and other duties as assigned.
• Assist with the monthly close process by posting monthly journal entries, performing account reconciliations and ad-hoc financial analysis.
• Assist in maintaining regular contact and building solid working relationships with various groups to ensure a high level of customer service and work product.
• Assist on projects and ad hoc assignments as needed.
