OLLY is seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on Temporary Senior Accountant to support our Accounting team, focusing on DTC and Amazon revenue accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years of accounting experience, including month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP, revenue recognition, and accrual accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with large transactional datasets.
• Experience with Shopify, Amazon Vendor Central, e-commerce accounting, or CPG preferred.
• Experience with Paylocity, payroll reporting, or multi-state payroll tax registration a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shopify DTC revenue accounting including refunds, gift cards, and deferred revenue per US GAAP.
• Reconcile Shopify transactions to payment processors, banks, and ERP records.
• Support Amazon revenue recognition and reconcile Vendor Central data with Green Rabbit records.
• Prepare weekly consolidated sales invoices and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly COGS accruals and analyze variances.
• Support month-end close with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Assist with Paylocity payroll reporting setup and multi-state registrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accuracy and efficiency.
