The role requires a licensed CPA in the Philippines with 5+ years of accounting experience and familiarity with ecommerce workflows, including payments, reconciliation, and tax compliance.

Qualifications

• Licensed CPA in the Philippines with 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience supporting US-based companies is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with ecommerce accounting: payments, inventories, and COGS.
• Proficient in multi-state sales tax filings and compliance.
• Attention to detail and strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day accounting operations and close processes.
• Manage AP/AR, payroll, and vendor payments.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and inventory against invoices.
• Prepare and assist in annual audits and tax filings.
• Maintain SOPs and provide leadership reporting.
