Job summary

TydeCo is seeking a Senior Accountant to join the Client Accounting Advisory Services (CAAS) team as a strategic advisor. This fully remote role supports a multi-client environment, mentors staff, and drives accurate financial reporting and process improvements.

You will lead month-end closes, onboarding, and system implementations using Sage Intacct, FloQast, and QuickBooks Online, delivering data-driven insights while ensuring GAAP compliance across entities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of accounting experience in outsourced accounting or advisory services.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities for staff accountants.
• CPA or CPA eligibility preferred for Senior level.
• Proficient in Sage Intacct and FloQast with system implementations.
• Experience supporting multi-client environments and GAAP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close, prepare journal entries, accruals and reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and forecasts.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and audit-ready records.
• Utilize FloQast for close management and workflow automation.
• Onboard clients and oversee Sage Intacct implementations.
• Provide fractional Controller-level oversight and advisory insights.
• Train staff and mentor junior accountants for growth.
• Conduct quarterly reviews with clients and drive improvements.
