Qualifications

• 10+ years of accounting experience, preferably in outsourced accounting, advisory services, or a CPA firm.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CPA eligibility preferred.
• Proficiency in Sage Intacct (Required), including core financial modules and reporting.
• Experience with FloQast for close management, reconciliation tracking, and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close and year-end close processes with journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Serve as a trusted financial advisor, offering data-driven insights and recommendations to clients.
• Lead client onboarding and Sage Intacct implementations, ensuring optimized financial systems.
• Provide fractional Controller-level support and drive process improvements across client engagements.
• Collaborate across departments to align deliverables with scope and client expectations.
