Job summary

Aon’s Captive & Insurance Management team leads the financial reporting for client accounts with collaborative support across risk, controllership, tax and legal. This role mentors staff and coordinates with external providers to ensure accurate reporting and regulatory filings.

You will present materials to client boards and drive continuous process improvements, while partnering with a diverse team to deliver exceptional service for Fortune 500 clients.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills across departments (risk, tax, legal, controllership).
• Experience in accounting and financial reporting.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of insurance accounting is a plus.
• Presentations to clients and boards expected.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of financial reporting for client accounts and serve as primary contact across departments.
• Drive communication and processes for client service teams to ensure timely financial reporting and regulatory filings.
• Mentor and develop accounting team members.
• Coordinate with actuaries, auditors, investment managers, brokers, claims adjusters, and outside counsel.
• Communicate and implement business plan changes with State regulators.
• Prepare and present materials during client board meetings.
