Job summary

Aon is seeking a Captive Insurance Risk Consultant (Virtual) to join its Captive Insurance and Risk Management Consulting practice. You will advise clients on feasibility and design of captive solutions, develop studies, and help prepare proposals while collaborating with MDs and senior consultants.

This role is remote in the US with responsibilities across The Americas. The position offers exposure to a broad range of captive consulting, cross-team collaboration, ongoing learning, and

Qualifications

• BS or BA Degree or equivalent.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Minimum of three years relevant work experience.
• Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple consultants and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as support to a project leader for engagements including a wide variety of risk consulting solutions for clients.
• Prepare captive studies and/or portions of studies using existing models for a variety of clients in varied industries for multiple lines of business.
• Assist in writing and pricing proposals.
• Consistently create and improve methodology, products, and operational procedures.
• Support Managing Director and Senior Consultants with client work, sales initiatives and other tasks as needed.
