Job summary

ADI Global Distribution in Tampa is seeking an Sr Account Manager to increase market share, grow the customer base, and build long-term relationships with key accounts in CCTV, IP, AV, and security markets. You will manage complex sales cycles, identify opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

You will oversee territory travel up to 75%, train customers on new product lines, and drive sales growth while maintaining high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in CCTV, IP, AV technologies, security, and fire.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent selling, negotiating, and closing skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and handle high call volume.
• Strong work ethic and ethics.
• Strong customer service, organization, and multitasking.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with a team mentality.
• Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Increase market share by converting potential customers to ADI customers.
• Strengthen current customer relationships and educate about new product lines.
• Proactively drive market intelligence, uncover growth opportunities, and deliver sales wins.
• Ensure positive relationships within ADI to encourage team sales and prioritize service.
• Implement customer training to drive sales growth in assigned territory.
