Job summary

ADI Global Distribution is recruiting a Sr Account Manager to grow market share and uncover new opportunities while building long-term customer relationships. This role requires travel up to 75% in the Tampa and Fort Myers territory and strong experience in CCTV/IP/AV security sales within a distribution model.

You will leverage Salesforce and other tools to manage accounts, train customers, and drive sales growth in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

2+ years of sales experience in CCTV, IP, AV technologies, Security, and Fire sectors.
Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
Excellent selling, negotiating, and closing skills with ability to build long-term relationships.
Ability to learn quickly, handle high call volume, and think creatively.
Strong work ethic and high ethical standards.
Strong customer service, organization, and multi-tasking abilities.
Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with a team mentality.
Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

Increase market share by converting potential customers to ADI customers.
Strengthen existing relationships by supporting customer service and educating on new products.
Drive market intelligence and uncover growth opportunities for sales wins.
Foster positive relationships within ADI to encourage team sales and priority service.
Implement customer training to drive sales growth in the assigned territory.
