Job summary

Porterhouse Medical Group is seeking a Senior Account Manager for US clients to join our busy client services team. The successful candidate will bring experience in medical communications, exceptional project management, and diplomacy to build enduring client relationships in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key responsibilities include managing project scope and budgets, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting new business opportunities, with occasional travel and ongoing client

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a client services role within a medical communications agency or pharma company.
• Proven track record in client and account management and organic growth.

Responsibilities

• Proactively managing project scope and budgets to maintain profitability.
• Drive projects forward and complete them in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal Porterhouse Medical teams to manage priorities and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with clients and healthcare professionals to understand needs and translate into opportunities.
• Develop quick understanding of new therapy areas and inspire client confidence.
• Identify opportunities for new business within existing accounts.
• Support new business initiatives, including attendance and pitches.
