Formación

• 3+ years of account management, client management, healthcare operations, project management, or related experience.
• Experience managing operational relationships with clients, vendors, business partners, or cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate issue resolution and drive outcomes across multiple functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings and present information to diverse audiences.
• Experience analyzing operational performance, identifying trends, and developing actionable recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day management and support of Meritain's partner portfolio, including navigation, advocacy, and solutions.
• Coordinate issue remediation and track progress across multiple teams.
• Support implementations and escalations as needed to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain governance processes, performance scorecards, and governance for partner relationships.
• Contribute to sales enablement and growth initiatives through cross-functional collaboration.
