Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, Account Management to oversee Meritain's partner portfolio, focusing on navigation, advocacy, and vendor management. You will act as the primary operational contact for partners and internal teams, driving service excellence and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management, client management, healthcare operations, project management, or related experience.
• Experience managing operational relationships with clients, vendors, business partners, or cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate issue resolution and drive outcomes across multiple functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings and present information to diverse audiences.
• Experience analyzing operational performance, identifying trends, and developing actionable recommendations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration across teams and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Meritain's Alternative Health & Advocacy Solutions partner portfolio, including navigation, advocacy, and vendor management.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned partners and internal stakeholders, driving service excellence and issue resolution.
• Monitor partner performance, coordinate issue remediation, support implementations and escalations, governance processes.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to sales enablement and growth initiatives.
• Partner with Account Executives, sales leadership, client management, implementation teams, and operational stakeholders to support performance and cross-functional collaboration.
