Job summary

Raptor is a marketing agency bridging brands with youth culture. You will lead client services across North America, driving integrated campaigns that connect digital and physical experiences for university audiences.

The role blends remote work with in-person collaboration and on-site client work. You will manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, building relationships with clients and partners while guiding junior staff, with travel to meet clients and occasional UK headquarters

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in a client services role within experiential, event-based or social agency.
• Experience with multi-channel briefs linking digital and physical campaigns.
• Experience leading and developing a team to achieve results.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing collegiate programmes and a solid understanding of the US college market including Greek Life and NIL.

Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between client and agency to ensure campaigns are planned and delivered to a high specification.
• Manage projects across the US and Canadian markets with some travel to meet clients and on-site work.
• Work closely with the Head of NAM to identify opportunities for account growth and help secure new business through proposals and pitches.
