Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Director/Senior 3D Spatial Design Lead, Experiential, based in the United States. Lead the creative development of immersive physical brand experiences, shaping pitches and proposals while guiding the design process from concept to fabrication and installation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in experiential marketing, set/design, spatial design, or related field.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software (SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D).
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience producing high-quality visualizations with render engines (V-Ray, Lumion, Twinmotion).
• Portfolio of immersive environments, exhibitions, and experiential activations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to develop spatial concepts and proposals aligned with client objectives.
• Translate briefs into fabrication-ready designs, floor plans, elevations, and production docs.
• Create 3D models and visualizations to communicate intended experiences.
• Develop floor plans, elevations, and fabrication documentation for production.
• Collaborate with fabrication partners and vendors to validate feasibility and manage costs.
• Oversee site installations and post-event evaluations to improve future projects.
