Join our in-house PPC team to plan, implement and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads and more to drive performance. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in PPC/SEM, deep knowledge of Google Ads and Bing Ads, strong analytical skills, and experience with Google Analytics and SEM tools.

Qualifications

3+ years’ experience in PPC/SEM, working on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Bing Ads, including smart bidding strategies.
Experience managing large-scale PPC accounts.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
Bachelor’s Degree is required.

Responsibilities

Work within our in-house PPC team to plan, implement, and optimise paid search campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and others.
Take ownership of channel performance, achieving targets and explaining any variance to leadership and stakeholders.
Develop and execute best-practice PPC strategies to meet business goals, including keyword and audience opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, and display network strategies.
Define both short-term and long-term strategies and execute them, providing recommendations for campaign optimisation and audience growth.
Provide guidance and support to team members in determining the optimal tactics and approaches to deliver commercial priorities.
Build and manage a testing roadmap for your categories, ensuring successful experiments are scaled quickly and communicated to the wider team.
