Goodwill Industries of Orange County CA is seeking a Seller Operations Specialist to support and enhance seller performance on ShopGoodwill.com. The role includes developing best practice resources, delivering training, and serving as a liaison between sellers and the ShopGoodwill.com team.

You will conduct site visits, onboard new sellers, track training outcomes, and collaborate with Marketing to elevate mission stories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in e-commerce or training.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce operations and challenges.
• Ability to learn quickly about marketplaces like eBay, Amazon, Shopify, etc.
• Up to 40% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to create and maintain best practice documentation and training materials for SGWEDU and agency visits.
• Conduct site visits with sellers, provide training recaps, and analyze outcomes to improve programs.
• Market ShopGoodwill.com services to agencies, onboard new sellers, and manage engagement trackers.
• Plan and support events and maintain organized records to support departmental functions.
