Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 6 months’ experience in physician billing or third‑party payer environment.
• Strong customer service and patient‑focused orientation.
• Ability to communicate clearly and handle complex situations calmly.
• Experience with Epic or other electronic billing systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Handle a high volume of calls promptly.
• Attempt to collect full payment from patient or guarantor.
• Collect payments over the phone for each date of service.
• Establish payment arrangements and document terms.
• Update patient profile and bill third‑party payers as appropriate.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
