Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Segment Leader – Product & Revenue Growth (Semiconductor Materials) based in the United States. This role combines revenue ownership, customer strategy, product management, and market development to shape offerings reaching enterprise customers.

You will work with sales, marketing, product, and executive stakeholders to translate customer needs into measurable business outcomes, focusing on maximizing value in the semiconductor materials segment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required; MBA/MS preferred.
• Strong experience in sales, marketing, product management, or segment management.
• Experience with semiconductor materials or related industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own segment revenue targets, forecasting, and quarterly business reviews.
• Develop account expansion strategies across 5–7 strategic accounts.
• Build growth plans using buying-center analysis and prioritize high-fit prospects.
• Partner with marketing to generate qualified demand and improve lead-to-meeting conversions.
• Increase active user adoption by defining priority personas and value use cases.
• Support a 95%+ renewal rate by monitoring engagement and renewal risks.
