Job summary

RSI Security is seeking a detail-driven Systems Administrator to safeguard client systems and ensure robust backup integrity. You will manage on‑prem and cloud server infrastructures, harden environments, and deliver proactive administration across multiple clients.

The role collaborates with service desk, engineering, and security teams while maintaining high compliance and reliability in a fast-paced environment that uses EOS. Remote US-based position.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of Windows Server administration in production environments.
• 2+ years administering Microsoft 365 environments (Commercial and/or GCC/GCC High).
• 3+ years supporting VMware/Hyper‑V virtualization.
• Strong PowerShell / automation skills for task simplification.
• Experience with server migrations, tenant hardening, identity sync/SSO deployment.

Responsibilities

• Own reliability, security, and performance of client Windows Server and AD/hybrid identity environments.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and enforce tenant security controls (MFA, CA, baselines).
• Manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity readiness (Datto, DR testing).
• Lead high-severity incident escalation and post‑incident remediation documentation.
• Enforce change-management standards with backouts and audit trails.
• Collaborate with Service Desk, TAC, and Security for consistent service delivery.
