RSI Security is seeking a detail‑driven Systems Administrator to safeguard client systems and ensure backup integrity within our Technical Operations team. You will manage on‑prem and cloud servers, enforce security controls, and drive disaster recovery readiness while collaborating with Service Desk, Engineering, and Security teams.

Qualifications

• Relevant Microsoft certifications in Windows Server administration, M365, and Azure.
• Experience with security/compliance frameworks and documenting changes.
• Strong hands-on ability in Windows Server, virtualization, and backup solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own reliability, security, and performance of client Windows Server, virtualization, and AD/hybrid identity environments.
• Administer Microsoft 365 (Commercial + GCC/GCC High) and enforce tenant security controls (MFA, Conditional Access).
• Execute and validate tenant hardening, migrations, identity sync, and mail cutovers with minimal disruption.
• Operate and improve backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity readiness (Datto, DR testing).
• Serve as escalation owner for high-severity incidents; drive triage and communications.
• Produce incident docs and post-incident remediation plans (RCA, corrective actions).
• Own change-management standards with approvals, backout plans, and audit-ready docs.
• Collaborate with Service Desk, TAC, and Security to prioritize escalations and ensure delivery.
• Guide clients on modernization, cloud migration, and security enhancements aligned to compliance frameworks.
• Lead infrastructure improvements including hardware refresh, patching, and DR enhancements.
• Maintain and improve runbooks and knowledge base documentation in IT Glue.
