Ladders is seeking a Professional Services Engineer to implement and support security solutions in client environments, with emphasis on endpoint protection and data loss prevention. Qualifications

• 3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Delivery Management, or Professional Services with Endpoint Security experience in Cybersecurity and DLP.
• Experience with DLP solutions such as Forcepoint, Symantec, or McAfee DLP.
• Understanding of data classification methodologies for defining DLP policies.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on meeting strict timelines.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS-based security and endpoint technologies, including debugging and system architecture knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of the company's solutions in client environments
• Collaborate with clients to understand technical requirements and create tailored solutions
• Analyze log files and troubleshoot complex issues, coordinating with support and engineering teams
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time

• Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic guidance and best practices to clients
• Conduct regular updates and reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify improvement areas
