Qualifications

• 3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Delivery Management, or Professional Services with Endpoint Security experience in Cybersecurity and DLP.
• Experience with DLP solutions such as Forcepoint, Symantec, or McAfee DLP.
• Understanding of data classification methodologies for defining DLP policies.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on meeting strict timelines.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS-based security and endpoint technologies, including debugging and system architecture knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent certifications.

This role will focus on implementing and supporting security solutions in client environments, with an emphasis on endpoint protection and data loss prevention. You will partner closely with customers, support, and engineering teams to deliver reliable technical outcomes, resolve complex issues, and ensure each deployment is tailored to the client’s requirements. The position also requires strong advisory skills, helping clients adopt best practices and get the most value from the company’s security offerings.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
