Job summary

i2G Systems seeks a Senior Electronic Security Project Manager to lead high-profile, multi-site deployments of enterprise access control, video surveillance, perimeter detection, and integrated low-voltage systems. You will oversee the full lifecycle from pre-construction through commissioning and client handover, directing field leads, technicians, and subcontractors.

Applicants should have a PropTech background and 7+ years in electronic security, with 4-5+ years in a dedicated PM role

Responsibilities

Project Ownership & Governance: manage multiple large-scale security installs with tight scope, milestones, and budgets.
Field & Subcontractor Leadership: direct senior technicians and subcontractors; enforce safety and code compliance.
Technical Oversite & Engineering Integration: review drawings, riser diagrams, and coordination with engineers on ACS, VMS, IDS, and sensing platforms.
Stakeholder Management: weekly status meetings with clients and execs; risk mitigation.
Financial & Resource Controls: BOMs, material staging, change orders, and subcontractor billing verification.
Pre-Sales Collaboration: assist estimating and engineering in scoping and bids for complex deployments.
