Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on experience in electronic security systems/low-voltage installation.
• 4–5+ years in a dedicated Project Management role overseeing enterprise-scale projects.
• Background in enterprise Property Technology (PropTech) and commercial facilities.
• Credentials: PMP and/or ASIS CPP/PSP are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive multiple concurrent large-scale security installations with scope, milestones, and budgets.
• Direct senior/lead technicians and subcontractors; enforce safety and code compliance on-site.
• Review engineered drawings and coordinate with engineers for ACS, VMS, IDS, and sensing platforms.
• Lead regular project status meetings and risk mitigation reviews with clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee BOM, material staging, inventory, change orders, and subcontractor billing verification.
