Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in security management, criminal justice, or related field with eight years of access control and security experience.
• Minimum of three years in a supervisory or multi-site management role.
• Working knowledge of Lenel OnGuard.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, mentorship, and performance management to eight managers across multiple sites.
• Lead performance reviews, goal setting, coaching and development planning.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure coverage.
• Drive audits, reporting, and remediation across the full portfolio.
• Standardize processes to enforce Zero-Trust and PoLP.
• Partner with client stakeholders to shape access control strategy enterprise-wide.
• Aggregate, analyze, and report cross-area datasets and trends.
