LayerZero Power Systems, Inc. seeks an Information Security Lead to drive the day-to-day security program in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This hands-on role focuses on implementing Zero Trust, protecting endpoints, and securing email infrastructure while coordinating remediation with IT and operations. You will lead security awareness training, track security metrics, and collaborate with engineering, procurement, and production teams to reduce risk and strengthen our overall security

Qualifications

• 4+ years in information security or related hands-on role.
• Experience with asset management, endpoint security, email security, and Zero Trust.
• Strong communication and coordination with IT, engineering, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Zero Trust platform and policies.
• Monitor endpoint protection and triage alerts.
• Manage email security, spam filtering, and phishing response.
• Lead security awareness training programs and simulations.
• Track security score trends and coordinate remediation.
• Coordinate incident response and escalation.
• Prepare regular security posture reports for leadership.
