Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in SOC, incident response, or security operations.
• Familiar with SIEM platforms, alert triage workflows, and threat investigation processes.
• Able to distinguish true positives from false positives with confidence.
• Clear communicator who can articulate security reasoning.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working asynchronously on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Analyze SOC incident and alert scenarios, identify what happened and why it matters.
• Classify alert severity, determine root causes, and recommend triage actions.
• Review detection logic and investigation workflows for real-world accuracy.
• Evaluate AI-generated security analyses and provide expert feedback.
• Help ensure AI systems reflect analyst practices for threat detection and response.
