You will set the security posture for AI features, govern ISMS and certifications, and align Legal, DPO, Risk, Engineering, and Product on security requirements to earn trust from members and regulators.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a security team with people development.
• Experience leading ISO 27001 certification projects.
• Deep understanding of the regulatory stack: DORA, HDS, RGPD, NIS2, PGSSI-S.
• Experience with security risk cartography and vendor assessments.
• Strong knowledge of AI security: LLM threats and governance.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the security team, set priorities and nurture talent.
• Own security in the AI era; define posture for AI-driven features.
• Scale security across 10+ countries; manage ISMS and certifications.
• Build and evolve Alan's security strategy; align Legal, DPO, Risk, Eng, and Product.
