Job summary

Centene Corporation seeks a Senior Security GRC Leader to supervise staff and drive enterprise security governance in a remote role. You will lead risk-based security oversight, develop policies, and deliver board-ready reports that influence executive decisions.

You will partner with technology and security teams to advance Archer migrations, leverage ServiceNow IRM, and implement AI-enabled workflows to transform GRC processes. Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years of experience in security GRC, audit, compliance, and regulatory required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff to improve the enterprise security programs based on compliance and risk drivers.
• Lead governance of enterprise security initiatives and create reports for executive and Board levels.
• Prioritize and assign tasks to ensure risk-based security oversight across business units and security domains.
• Lead projects to improve and strengthen the enterprise security posture and manage delivery timelines.
