Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of experience in security GRC, audit, compliance, and regulatory required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Governance staff to align with goals.
• Prioritize risk-based security oversight across units.
• Lead projects to strengthen enterprise security posture.
• Maintain awareness of enterprise security policies.
• Support policy and standard development.
• Identify regulatory changes affecting security policies.
• Assist control owners with design and implementation.
• Oversee remediation lifecycle and evidence artifacts.
• Prepare governance reports for Senior Management and Board.
• Develop KPIs and KRIs reporting for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and standards.
• Perform security metrics reporting and process improvements.
